All equipment issues should be logged into the DVIR section of the logbook. The maintenance team will then reach out to the driver and assist them in taking care of the problem. The driver can always call Company number and speak directly with the maintenance team 24/7.

DOT requires Pre-trip to be performed before the driver starts their shift. Along with a post-trip inspection after the trip.

Every driver is required to submit all paperwork to continuously receive paychecks in a timely manner (all pages of POD, clear and signed by the receiver and all additional documents: lumpers, scale tickets, stickers, other receipts.)
